  : Accommodation is very good! The host Yusuf was very polite, he was always in touch and ready to help. I would like to note the cleanliness of the accommodation. Every time I travel, I really appreciate it when I can walk around the rooms barefoot. Good shower, no leaks, stable hot water. The kitchen had everything you needed. Very nice bed, I slept very comfortably. Strong Wi-Fi connection.
  : Unfortunately, Yusuf didn't warn that payment can only be made in cash, although the propertys page states that payment could be withdrawn from the linked card automatically before arrival. For this reason, we had to resolve this issue for three days, including attempts via portable ATM (unsuccessfully). Yusuf himself did not come, but he sent his relatives, who do not speak English (that was a problem also). As a result, we had to pay in TRY according to the local exchange rate (we lost a little money on this difference). So take cash with you in EUR or USD in advance. Also, the view from the window was slightly depressing (destroyed house opposite). Probably, for guests with limited mobility, the stairs will be a disadvantage (for me this was not a big problem).

  : The host of this property was very nice. He made contact with us before and we were met at the door with the keys. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and big. And there is a small balcony ( no furniture on it however).
  : The place was posted as an apartment with a kitchen: but there was no oven, and only a very poorly functioning 2 burner hot plate. There were 2 small pots and very few dishes in the kitchen. Definitly NOT set up at all to prepare a meal. The "dinning area" as listed in the booking, was only a small folding table and 2 small stools to sit on. Given other available accomadations in Istanbul this plase is not good value for money. Finally, the location of the aparment is in a very run down manufacturing area: there is noise day and night from the manufacturing facilities.

  : Nice looking apartment on the interior with reasonable facilities, WIFI working well, proximity to the Old Town, host was generally nice and responsive.
  : Outside area is derelict, ugly, noisy (even during the night) and dirty. This is a shoe manufacturing area and all the adjacent buildings had workshops that generate a lot of noise, bad smells and lots of rubbish in the street. The apartment we have booked on third floor had a very unpleasant sewer like smell, we were moved to first floor after two nights and that was much better.

  : A Spacious private unit to ourselves. Everything we needed was there. Great kitchen . Good shower pressure . Very handy with small convenience shop on the corner. Friendly neighbourhood. We ate at local restaurants and cafes. Easy walk to all sights . Clean and tidy unit .Quiet area. Just like the photos !
  : Very strong smell on arrival of air freshner . I have sensitive nose! This dissipated with air conditioner on. Bed sheet please buy 100% cotton Outside looks a bit sad but lovely as soon as the door opens .
