  : Location was very convenient , shops , convenient store ,street food mammoth shopping center Terminal 21 are all just few meters away. The front desk service and concierge was very friendly and courteous .
  : The small lobby . Free wifi service was cut-off in the evening of our second day stay causing interruption to my online meeting, Floor soundproofing was poor , could hear loud noises of dragged chair from upper room guest . Hotel location in a narrow lane causing difficulties for 4 wheeler vehicle to long-side the hotel lobby hence inconveniences stepping in & out from car into hotel lobby during wet weather. Hotel located in the narrow lane deters e-hailing four wheeler vehicle from entering the lane to pick us up .
