  : There is no check-in desk available; you have to text the property once you are there.
  : The bathroom bungun was not working properly, and there is no place in the shower to keep the shampoo and body wash, so you have to come outside to get the toiletries, making a mess. There is room service available only once every two days, so it is better to keep the room as clean as possible. The sad part is that we have to wait for two days to get a clean towel. There is no no-smoking sign inside the property, but the ashtray is there, and they will charge you THB5,000 for smoking. The message is not clear at all.
