  : The location was amazing and the price was towards the cheap side considering the prices in TLV. It had netflix and good wifi connection.
  : They charged a cleaning fee which appeared after the reservation. When arrived the room could be evaluated as 7 out of 10 clean (mold in the basement of the walls, refrigerator and shower was lacking proper cleaning). There was no extra sheets to change, there was no hangers to hand the clothes in the closet (even when i asked, i was promised but never came.) I was explained they dont change towels or sheets cause its self accomodation, however since you charge me cleaning fee which was almost one extra night of stay, i'd like to find the room crystal clean the first day.

  : The location is amazing as it is close to Old Jaffa and the beach, even though the main stations are far. Good modern furniture and comfortable bed. The staff allowed us to leave the luggage in a storage after check out.
  : We didn't expect the property was in the basement, despite its name is 'Kedem Underground'. According to the staff it should have been obvious from the name. There is no description of that in the listing on booking.com.It is not an 'apartment' but a room with a toilet as the shared kitchen is located on the 3rd floor of the building.The air in the room is stiff and smells like mould and it is humid. There are some dump patches on the wall because of that, and cobwebs everywhere. You just have a tiny window on the ceiling as you can see from the photos, and just near it, there is lots of sewage pipes and it's disgusting as there is smell of sewage all night.The most dreadful thing is that there are RATS, (yes RATS, I took a record of their noise!) in the gap between the plasterboard where there are the lights and the ceiling and they are running and crawling all night. You can't sleep at all. We had to keep even the window closed as we were scared they could get in the room.We washed our clothes in the shared washing machine and some of them came out stained. We had to wait a long time as well as the machine is always busy. There is a drying machine but it takes forever to dry the clothes and we had to hang them up everywhere in our room and they never dry up as there is no air in the room. The iron provided doesn't work. There is a coffe machine in the room but it is full of mould inside.When we explained the issues, the staff has been totally unhelpful, someone came in the room to check but nothing was done. So we had to spend 5 nights there as we had no other choice.I can't believe I have even been charged 220 shekels extra for a cleaning fee that was not mentioned beforehand and is not even performed properly.Someone called me at the end of the stay to check if everything was OK and to ask me NOT to leave a bad review, but just to report the issued privately to them.
