  : This apartment is operated by a company so everything is pretty functional and well organized - check in, check out, general info of the sorroundings, wifi etc.Location was really good, nearby the beach and nearby some streets with restaurants and amenities.The rooms were clean and well furnished: everything you need for the kitchen - nespresso machine was a plus - and a very good hair dryer in case you have long hair.
  : Before arriving I specifically requested to see more pictures of the apartment. On paper it was supposed to be a one bedroom one bathroom apartment with living room and annexed a galley style kitchen, around 40 sqm + patio outside.They sent old ones, now the apartment due to construction works has lost the galley kitchen entirely (which now is part of the outside) which makes the living room very very small and difficult to move around the sofa bed. They refused to give us any discount on that. The bathroom is really tiny as well but for a few days it's ok. Lastly the patio is not cleaned properly, flowers and leaves on the ground everywhere and the furniture is old. Knowing this now, we would have not rented it for 3 people, while for 2 it's just fine.

  : The apartment building is new, located centrally, with elevator. The place was clean, and was quiet despite road works undertaken around it. The facilities included among others a nespresso coffee machine and washer / dryer.
  : Water was leaking from the overhead shower head when the hand held shower was selected. The washer / dryer did not perform well.

  : The unit needed maintenance. The entrance was dirty and poorly kept. The toaster was rusted. The inside needed cleaning. Poor instruction for working the appliances. The faucets were improperly installed and of the wrong size.

  : Apartment was not clean when we arrived. Dishes were dirty. As well, we were unable to do laundry because the access the the balcony was broken and clothing could not be hung as a result. It was fixed during our stay

  : Pure fraud. I paid for an apartment of 45 sq. meters, near to the sea, clean, in good condition, with good furniture, well equipped (according to the description and photo in the description).I got an apartment of 24 sq. meters in a terrible state, dirty, with mold / fungus in the shower, with falling off plaster, worn out, shabby and broken furniture and household appliances (see attached photos).I demanded to provide an apartment as in the description or provide a 70% discount. I didn't receive either one. And in this situation, the clients support service of the Booking provided support to the scammers from Beach Apartment, not to me.

  : The location of this apartment is amaizing, so close to everything. the apartment turned to be good, clean and modern. The only problem is the view from bed rooms and very old windows
