  : There was a cockroach in our room, found it crawling on the wall. The elevator was not working throughout our stay. The location was very shady with people smoking pot out on the road. Would not recommend at all.

  : Noisy, noise from outside, noise from inside, water running noise constantly from bathroom, all water drainage seemed to go past/through my bathroom. Darkish room needed more lights. Also, I was given 1 address for the hotel in confirmation email. But this was incorrect apparently and luckily there was someone there still who sent me to the new address - a few doors down

  : The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Although small, there is a lift in the property, which helps if you have a room thats on the upper floors. TheHotel is very close to La Chapelle Metro Station and Gare De Nord Train Station, as well as having a bus stop right outside, so public transport links are very strong. The hotel itself is very clean, right down to the mattresses (no bed bugs to be found, even under intense scrutiny). Those that are familiar with Paris know that La Chapelle is a less glamorous part of town, but the hotel is on the main road, and as an experienced traveller whose visited the city serval times, at no point did I feel unsafe in the general vicinity. If youre looking for a budget friendly place to stay, and are not averse to staying in a multicultural part of town Id highly recommend.

  : the neighborhood is scary and we always take taxi to come back at night as we do not feel safe walking around. hotel room is extremely small and there is not security latch to hotel room door. we have a put a chair to the door when we go to sleep
