  : Location is perfect. Great casino and restaurants.
  : It took a while to check in. I also lost my room key during the trip and it took a while to get it replaced. Always a line at the front desk.

  : Excellent location, large suite and very nicely furnished. Clean rooms.
  : First room we had was above the pool and all day party. Horrendous having the dj shout out to”make some fuc*ing noise”. Couldn’t hear ourselves think, not on the balcony we wanted to enjoy but in the room with the doors closed. Called reception but struggled to hear over the noise, reception suggested that they could supply some earplugs. Customer service eh? That was a genuine answer $600 a night I’ll supply some earplugs. Changed rooms the next day after the “we’ll contact you when the rooms ready” they didn’t. Had to go down to reception and ask to change rooms again. Spend your money elsewhere, not worth it.

  : The staff were rude and no care in the world. The room was dirty and definitely not what I expected or worth the money we paid. Was sent messages for early check and they didn’t acknowledge so why send the emails. I’ve heard about this hotel and nothing hit any expectations I’ve had better experiences at other properties
