  : The location of the hotel at the end of the strip is very nice, since it gets more quite at night. The parking was free and there were plenty!
  : There is only room service when you ask for it. Which is ok, but the trash cans are so small, that it gets dirty real quick. The waiting zume at check-in is immense! There is an app available for mobile check-in, but ut dies not work with booking. You need a new reservation number which will take a very long time for the customer service to send to you.

  : Just WORST!Got another room than supposed to, it was very used, not even close to the pictures they promote. That they said is Booking.com mistake and fauls and not theirs. Saying that booking never uploaded the new pictures. But at the same time they were having very same pictures on their own websites!?! Waited 90min to check in, front desk always too busy, never available on the phone and if you go there just to ask about something like changing towels etc you have to wait same queue like the check-in guests and there was ALWAYS more than 30 waiting. All because they only had 3 desks open out of around 10. People at the desk were rude, not helpful, making you feel like you bothering them. This was one of the most expensive stays we have ever had hoping to have a great new years stay there but it was so bad that after two nights we checked out and went to another hotel. Very very disappointing and would never come back. Also we met many other unsatisfied guests having the same issues and many of them checking out and changing hotel too. Never again.
