  : location was between to major areas of Jerusalem, old city and Ben yehudah street, and not far from the shuk. it was nice having a dining and sitting area separate from the bedroom. for what we got it was an ok price
  : the apartment did not seem very clean when we arrived. we wiped down the table and counters, and had to shake hair off of the bedspread. there were many items not easily available that we would expect in a rental. we had no sponge, half a roll of papertowels, and while we were able to ask for them once Shabbat ended, it would have been nice to have that stocked for us.

  : Location! And it was quiet . Price was good for what you get. Appreciated washer-dryer and that it even had laundry detergent. Will come again

  : the location was amazing . Jacob was very communicative , kind and helpful .
  : the maintenance level of the apartment is very low. dirty walls, ants, no silverware or even a roll of towel paper. ripped bed sheets and exposed wires.

  : great location, hosts were responsive, apartment was quite, nice building with door man, parking was a big plus. had all that you need for your stay. also had a nice seating area on the porch. Overall it was comfortable and nice stay
  : facial recognition did not work the entire time so it was hard to get in and out of the garage, no AC in second bedroom, cord was missing from hot water heater and ac poured out water although it was promptly fixed by maintenance

  : There were quite a few issues with the Apartment - see below. I tried to write and call the owners after my stay but got no reply. Here are the main problems with the apartment:[1) the Apartment was unbearable hot when we checked in (around 17:00) and the Sun was really to bright in the first hour and a half of our stay - even with the air conditioner. This is because the sun was blazing in, and the curtains were not sufficient for blocking the light or the heat. I notified in advance that I will be arriving at 17:00 and I think apartment should have been cooled in advance2) the lock on the master bedroom and bathroom didn't work properly 3) when placing the order it says there are 2 sofa beds "מיטות ספה", but actually there was only the Sofa itself - it didn't open. and on one of the sides of the Sofa you couldn't even place a sheet because of the shape of that side (wasn't rectangular). This was VERY inconvenient for my son to sleep on the "Bare" material of the sofa (sky)4) One of the night tables in the master bedroom was broken - it had no surface to it, and we could not place anything on it5) the toilet paper holder in the master bedroom was broken and the toilet paper was placed on the wand of the broom used to clean the toilet6) in general the apartment was very clean (although we paid almost 100$ for services) and in quite a few places there were dampness or other marks on the walls

  : It seems they wanted to extra charge for every little thing. Not to mention that when we wanted to look into another appartment the cancellation fee was the whole sum.
