  : The location is not so far from the old city and lots of restaurants and shops around. It looks like the place had been renovated. But we got a terrible room. Nice design in the lobby though.
  : We stayed for 3nts and the room they gave us was 615 it seems not finished renovating. There was no hot water in the shower. We only got it once on arrival. The sink water just trickles, pressure was very low. I sent them a message on booking..com but they never replied. They were replying before our arrival though. Also my husband was followed and stopped by a young man from reception who maybe thinks my husband was not a guest. He said that he did not feel comfortable with that staff who was not polite. He also met him again at the reception to speak about the hot water, sink and the possibility of changing our booking due to those issues but he did not mind him and just entertained the phone call without helping my husband. I selected this hotel coz of the reviews plus the brand Rimonim. I know its a big hotel chain in Israel so I expected better. The photos looks good though. We probably got unlucky with the room they assigned us. I understand it was a holiday and they gave us a room an early before check in time but that room does not seem ready to be used.
