  : The location and amount of space were terrific. Having 2 wash closets was helpful as well.
  : The washer handle did not work. We had to take our laundry to a laundry service center. We asked for this to be fixed, but it was not.It would have been nice to have extra towels. It was too hot at times when the air was not moving. It would have been helpful to have a couple of fans. Wifi did not work well the first few days. 3rd floor....hard to get all our luggage up there without a lift (elevator). Learning lesson on "city view" in the UK.The directions to get there need to be updated now that the tram line has been completed. St Andrews Square is not the closest tram stop. We pulled our luggage around much farther than necessary after we figured out how close the Picardy Place tram stop was to the location.

  : The appt was very nicely decorated, very close to the city. Living room big enough. You can walk everywere. It was quiet in the night.
  : flushing toilet, showering and using water in the bathroom made very big noise :( Beds were very narrow. Bedrooms very small.

  : The property was in a great location close to lots of lovely independent shops, restaurants and bars. It was easy to walk in to town and very close to the Picardy Place tram stop. The apartment had a lovely sitting room and was very spacious.
  : The beds were very uncomfortable with poor quality, thin mattresses. The bathrooms were generally clean but the grout was mouldy and the shower head needed a deep clean.

  : The rooms are very large and the experience is very good
  : Two of my scarves were stolen. They were worth about a hundred pounds. The required check-out time is 11 o 'clock, I returned to the room at 13 o 'clock, which is allowed by your staff. When I got back to the room, everything was piled on the table. I can understand this, since you had to clean the room and I was late (although this was explained to your staff). But I bought a total of eight scarves, and one of the bags had four in it, but two were taken away. I have all the purchase records. Of course, this is not enough to prove that my scarf was stolen by the cleaning staff. But I knew very well in my heart that only the cleaning staff had entered our room during this time. The hotel management did not care about it because the evidence was insufficient, and I can understand that. But it ruined the whole good mood of my trip. I think it is my duty to remind the other guests to take care of their belongings. And I'm sad that the hotel is not taking any responsibility for what happened. I understand, but I'm sad.

  : The location was excellent. 1 minute to a bus stop and 4 minutes to a tram stop - so easy to travel around (5 day ticket allowed you to go on both types of transport) . There was a Tesco extra 4 minutes away and a shopping centre 5 minutes away. Lots of places to eat/drink nearby. The flat was spacious. It had a large, very pleasant living room and a very well equipped kitchen. Showers excellent. Lots of storage places. The 2 back bedrooms were very quiet to sleep in.
  : The matress in the middle bedroom was not very comfortable - we have just messaged them about this. The flat is on the third floor but that meant going up a lot of stairs 6 'half' sets - it was hard work taking the suitcases up!
