: I HATE IT. I made a reservation in a low price and it was confirmed. I sent a message to hotel but i hadnt any reply so i thought that everything is ok and it was a promotion. I arrived to hotel at 10 pm (i came from Cambodia and i was over tired and sleepless) they asked x10 money that i should pay regarding to my confirmed reservation saying that if i dont pay they wont let me to the room. I said to them i wont pay this amount because i already have a confirmed price and if its not a correct price why they didnt cancel my reservation. They said me that i had to cancel it! (whatt?? i need a room so i would cancel it??) i argued with them after so much passed time they had to let me in(only on condition i give my passport to them. They were super disrespectful and always talked me in a high voice. They treated like i am a burglar or something. When i wanted to check out in the morning they checked the room around 6-7 minutes (?????) IT WAS A REALLY PERFECT WELCOME TO THE COUNTRY!! I started so unhappily to my holiday because of them!!
: The room was smelling wc, the bed and pillow were uncomfortable, there wasnt soap in the bathroom,staff was very rude and disrespectful, far away from the Khaosan Road.

: Cute little boutique hotel, clean rooms, cold ac, hot water, friendly staff, great location
: Its a small hotel so you can hear everyone from the neighbors talking, elevator door opening/closing, people walking up/down stairs, people stomping upstairs. Need to get better sound proofing. If you want a good nights rest, you wont get it because its noisy. I asked for a quiet room and I was out across from a party room with lots of people in and out.
