: we booked as a group 0f 127 packs for 66 room for 4 days 3 nights. The hotel ask me to paid for one night 1 stay of 64,000 bath & ask me to settle the balance on the last days. The hotel collect another 1,000 bath for each of the room without telling me. The room is included breakfast for 2 each room. But no breakfast is serve & the reason hotel gave is no cooking & we have to paid 1st than they provide. On the 2nd days of stay when we out for the shopping. The hotel call me & force us to paid full payment if not they are going to lock the door. The hotel lock all hotel room & ask us to paid. I did paid for another 64,000bath for second days. On that night, my student bed was shake & see something (gosh). The 2 student has been beam & shouting non stop. The hotel is so scary feel. My group decide not to stay on the 3 days, bcos of bad management & the hotel have gosh. i still keep the video for my student has been baim by the gost in the hotel.

: I didn't like anything at all... once I ARRIVED to the hotel no one was there zero staff. After 45mins I get my room the safe doesn't work nor does the fridge and the shower head... my bag was opened when i came back from shopping luckly nothing of value was left in the room.
