  : No thing good at all ppfirst impressions very bad reception,bad location,not good service no clients care
  : Everything started from location for the hotel then the way reception ralk to the customer very bad speech not professional no good Bad about coordinating information between departments.

  : Posotion not the best... the pool was not that clean but i guess the resson was because was been raining for some days and is a roof top pool.

  : that pool is open whole night. i really like it. i havent use it but was nice to spend time up there under the rain. the guys from staff provide to me telephone charge - he safe me.
  : i ask floor 7 instead of 2 and staff nicely provide it to me. but windows was towards on another building. so no view. than doesnt matter which floor if no view. the girls on reception doesnt speak English at all. and it was difficult to communicate with her. i use my thai knowledge from school and than we use Google translate. i ask if breakfast include in my booking ? she said - noi ask is there is breakfast that i can pay for? she said - noa ask : there is restaurant exist ?noso in the morning i went downstairs and i found restaurant with breakfast buffet
