  : The location is good, even though its not the cleanest part of Bangkok - but BTS and Sathorn pier are both really close (5min), also plenty of food choices (restaurants, street food), supermarkets. Good starting point for many places around BkK. Also the staff was super nice and kind and friendly. We liked our room that had separate living area as we were travelling with two small kids and we could put them to bed separately.
  : - the hotel could use a bit of renovation as its pretty old, but most of hotels in BKK are, specially the pool area and the breakfast venue are really outdated- the breakfast was very simple, probably the worst we had in Thailand (if you are looking for some western style food)- our room was pretty noisy as we were facing main road so traffic noise was there all day and night - we had kitchenette but nothing in it, not even a fork- the beds are hard
