Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People 7 years old and over stay for THB 700 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Suvarnabhumi Suite Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Please be informed that a free round-trip airport shuttle is offered to selected room types.This is clearly indicated in the room names. Guests are kindly advised to contact the property directly for more information.

Please note that for guests requesting transfer service from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the property, the meeting point is located on the 2nd floor between Gates 3 and 4.

For guests wishing to make the payment in cash, please be informed that the property only accepts cash in the local currency (Thai Baht).

Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel.

If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival via email:
1) Authorization letter with cardholder's signature
2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature)
3) Photo identification of the credit card holder

Guests who cannot provide the mentioned information prior to their arrival may be required by the property to settle the payment for their reservation in cash upon arrival.
