  : Lovely staff. Rooms had a comfortable bed with a pretty silent airconditioning. Every day new bottles of water. Directly next to the BTS and Rail Link, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel/location, very convenient.
  : I didn't find a (very) nearby 7-eleven or other supermarket, but the hotel also sell some drinks for reasonable prices.

  : It's good that they give us 2 complimentary bottles of water everyday, it's not a thing when I travel in Europe, and it's important to keep hydrated in hot weather. The location is very convenient. Staffs are friendly.
  : I stayed in the highest floor, and during our stay, they was repairing something on the roof, so it was really noisy I couldn't sleep in the morning. I wish they had mentioned that with us.

  : Hotel was in a great location for the skytrain and airport link. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the aircon worked well. The WIFI was also very fast and reliable.
  : The curtains could have been a bit thicker and/or longer to block out sunlight more effectively. I found that as soon as it came up the room became quite bright and I woke up quite early.

  : The hotel is great for one night stay during the trip from/to the airport. There is a direct link with Airport link. The breakfast was delicious (3 options - Thai/continental/pie). Although we have had a window to the main street the noises were not very loud. Late checkout possible.
  : The room could be cleaner especially the bathroom. The receptionist knew only very limited English (especially the evening receptionist). For more nights I would consider the bed to be rather small for 2 people (comparison with other experiences in Thailand).
