  : I dont know, they gave my room away. asked 5 times for a review. so you can have one now, was going to leave it.Youre a bunch of jokers, dont accept a booking to then give it away. leaving me stranded. Who ever I spoke to on the phone, is a lazy incompetent individual. I will never stay at your hostel and will tell people to stay clear. Your facilities could be nice and the beds could be comfy. but again you gave my room away and didnt tell me. Terrible service. I hope your hostel goes under. youre a disgrace!

  : The only thing hospitable about this place was Mr. Berry, the Call representative. It was late when I called but he received my call and tried his best to contact the staff at hua luampong but to no avail, also did not get answer
  : I specifically indicated in the booking that I will be arriving at 11pm and even gave information during the call of my time of arrival hoping that there will be a staff waiting at the lobby. Arrived at the location at the time indicated and no one was there! Its like going into a haunted house! There were no receptionist, no lights at the lobby, and we kept calling the number registered to this branch but got no answer! Yes, its right close to hua lampong train station but at late at night, it is surrounded by beggars and bystanders which feels very unsafe and scary! The outside looked very rundown as well and ddnt even looked like a hotel! My kids and I waited outside patiently for more than 30minutes after a long 10 hour train travel but never get to check in the hotel. I was also charged 100 for the booking deposit that I never even get to stay. It was an overall bad, depressing, and scary experience.
