  : The Hotel was spacious, room layout excellent and so clean. Good shower pressure and bed comfortable. There was a good selection of food at breakfast. Good restaurants within walking distance from hotel. Quite at night.

  : This was my second time staying at Montien this year. While the hotel is a bit dated and has seen better days, I think it is still great value for money. It feels like a luxury experience at a very accessible price. The rooms have a gorgeous view of the riverside. The downstairs bar by the river has good craft beer and great live music. Theres a mall right next door with a great food court. If youre trying to relax and get away from Bangkok madness this is a great area to unwind. Asiatique Riverside and some legendary old Bangkok restaurants in Charoenkrung are also just a ten minute grab ride away. Ill stay again.
  : This was not an issue for me because I was trying to get away from the centre but it might be for potential guests - this area is quite far from most things you might have planned for Bangkok. Theres no good public transport option around.
