  : We chose Komol Residence because of how close it is to the Southern Bus Terminal in Bangkok and we were headed out from there early the next morning. The staff were great as we were checking in and we had a nice stay. The experience was made all that much better when, after losing our cell phone in a cab that morning, we called Komol Residence to make sure we hadn't accidentally left it in the room and they searched immediately for us. No phone was found, but email communications continued between us and Neung and she even put a call in to the taxi service we used, as well as put the info out on the Thai radio that the taxi drivers listen to daily. No phone showed up in the end, but we can't thank her enough for all her efforts.
