  : The location is nice, the rooms are spacious and bright.
  : The elevators are less and super slow. Seems to be a little overpriced for the services expected. The room didnt exactly look like the one in pictures.

  : Good location. Bellboy they are really helpfull and friendly and the ladies in the kitchen were very nice always say hello,thank you and smile,
  : The staff at the front desk have to be more professional. Not warm welcoming, not many choice at breakfast line. Eggs have only one options. We request just an omelet and they refused, especially the lady who standby at the breakfast dest with big eyelashes have to learn some maners the way she talk and look at customer is very rude, the waiter watching tiktok so loud when guest having breakfast that's not nice. And the room it's not clean look up to the fridge full of dust, food of the previous guest still in the fridge. To manager please training your staff to get better every customer wilk rate your hotel up levels. Thanks.

  : The room has desk with enough space, and bathroom has a shower booth. The staff have nice hospitality and responded quickly to my requests. They called for a taxi and told me a normal taxi charge. Close to a BTS station, about 5 minutes walk.
  : The towels are somewhat worn out, but not a serious problem.
