: The hotel put us up in some other hotel nearby citing refurbishing issue. The cost of the hotel which we were given was shown as 900 bhats ,but we had to pay 1559.6 because we had booked earlier through booking.com. it was cheating. I was made to apy extra and I need refund
: Cheating as we were asked to pay 1559, but the other hotel was displaying price of 990 bhats only.

: Decent bed for me though my two other friends experienced back ache when sleeping on the bed.
: I dont favour it because we were moved to another hotel called De Lux Bangkok. Didnt get the room we booked for though they called it an upgrade to a family room. We got a king sized bunkbed that took up most of the space in the room, which I disliked as it was hard to move around as we had 6 big luggages with us. The toilet had the weirdest sewer smell which really sucked and the water pressure was very poor. The morning when we were about to check out, we could not even shower because there was not enough water for all the guests in the hotel and my friends and I had to go to the airport without showering. Walls were also thin. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with our experience as we paid RM400+ for a place and a room that wasnt even worth RM200 a night. Never again, thanks.
