  : Semi-comfortable bed with an attach shower in the room. At least I dont have to leave the room to freshen up. Everything is mid, you get what you pay for.
  : It says 24 hours reception but it isnt. By 12am or 1am the lady is gone. The main door can only be open with an access card, when I first came in there was no one to open the door for me. I also left my luggage for it to be picked up at night but by the time I came, the lady was no longer there. I couldnt get my bag. I had to wait all night just for someone to open the door. The numbers provided by booking.com doesnt work, I tried to call them to inform what time Ill pick up my luggage but it says the number doesnt exist. They dont reply to my chats either. Waited 5 hours outside in the middle of the night, hoping someone would just open the door for me to retrieve my luggage. Also they dont have a storage room for your luggage. Theyll just place it in a corner of the lobby which btw anyone couldve just took it.Oh also please mention early if the dorms are a fcfs basis because i was not too happy that i book a women dorms just to be put in a mix one because it was all full. The lady is already nice and welcoming but its disappointing these other issues also happened.
