Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot.
People 3 years old and over stay for THB 800 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please note that guests booking 5-9 rooms will be charged a 10% deposit at the time of booking. Guests booking 10 rooms or more will be charged a 20% deposit at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

For guests booking a room with breakfast:
Please note that breakfast is available from 06:00 - 14:00 hrs. A buffet breakfast will be served at Shiso Delight Restaurant from 06:00 - 10:30 hrs. A set breakfast will be provided (for no additional charge) up until 14:00 hrs for those who have missed the breakfast service hours.

Guests are required to bring the same credit card used during booking process when check-in at the Hotel.
