  : wanted to follow up on a recent stay I had and wanted to share my unpleasant experiences staying in a place that I thought would be great. Below a quick list: 1. Water to bath tub repeatedly broke and even after a repair person was here, it subsequently broke down again and they were not able to come back and it was an inconvenience. 2. I was not able to use the TV and I saw there was a chromecast guide but no chromecast or remote. There should be at least cable or even a working phone for emergencies 3. No guidebook or even a person available to help me check in and it took multiple attempts on my part to get the info 4. No easy way to get things solved despite me using email, calling local and then getting texts from a 1800 number. 5. Being uncertain of the noiseawares use for eithermy safety or to mitigate me as a guest. 6. Other things such as insects in a few places, the garbage disposal breaking... 7. And the fact that I couldn't book a place for an additional 3 weeks and having to rearrange my stay last minute because it because your system has issues aas just frustrating. A refund of a day isn't adequate and I need to know how you plan on addressing this. Jeremy

Wonderful

  : The property is in a very good location. My son and I walked almost everyday to the park. And I don’t do that or go out much. Everyone walks and I felt safe. The parking is great always had enough parking and never over crowded. During the day the gate is open and at night it’s closed. I liked that. The apartments are well equipped with everything and are up to date on decor. The bed comforter was just delightful.
  : I didn’t like that the garage had litter but that’s from people who parked here. That’s kinda gross emptying their trash from their vehicles to the floor. I didn’t see a trash can. Maybe put one in the garage parking lot. Hopefully they use it instead of the floor.

  : Nice size space for the one bedroom. Plenty of room, modern, clean, and close to local places. Very nice views on the balcony and from the bedroom. Overall a nice and well kept property. Plenty of closet space and kitchen was equipped with everything.
  : Once I booked I was questioned by the property why I chose this property. Thought it was odd. they explained they usually have ppl out of town and noticed I had a Houston address listed. Once I explained my reason for the stay there weren’t any issues. Just something I’d never experience and was kind of uncomfortable.

  : The apartment is just perfect. Large, clean, fresh and new. Has all great stuff in it. Nice bathroom, television and more
  : Location is not in the best neighbourhood, but sure acceptable, near museum area.

Poor

  : Location was misleading. No soap, shampoo, conditioner. Toilet paper was hard to fined. No staff present so problems were never solved despite multiple promises.

  : Hook up televisions to local networks. Our ice marchine did not work... or maybe were not on. We had to go purchase ice the first full day in town. It would be nice if the ice machines were hooked up and whomever comes to clean can dump what is left over after a guest and let it start making ice for the next guest. It would be nice if there was a vending machine for drinks on the property.

Exceptional

  : - Facilitates in good condition- Two bathrooms & bedrooms, and a sofa bed - Very clean and tidy- Nice service and easy to connect - Indoor parking - Supermarket HEB nearby - Quiet always
  : - Some process needed for online check-in, as they use pincode to access, which takes a lot of time to get in, on our first night. Better to make kind reminder beforehand, especially for the guest who trys your hotel at first time.

  : I loved the property it was amazing everything was great just loved it
  : What I didn’t like about the property the neighbors complained about the noise and I would receive a text and we wasn’t even at the property when the noise complaint was brought up I didn’t complain about the noise from the neighbors when I was at the property it was a lot of bumping going on all times of the night loud thudding throughout the stay
