: The apartment is very well maintained, in a great location and very reasonable! The host was very responsive and thoughtful!
: My boys and I were told that we could not enter the pool due to it being closed BUT there were people still inside. That’s was very dissatisfying but would not detour me from booking again. Also, I would advise adding a TV in the bedroom and frying pans in the kitchen.

: Advertisement deception. Does not accommodate 3. 1 full size bed for sleeping arrangements ONLY upon arrival. Host contacted and stated a “queen” air mattress was being purchased. Received a “full” for 2 adults to sleep on. This wasn’t worth the money! Requesting half expenses as there was NO covers for air mattress and my body is extremely sore!!

: Location. Initial appearance of the apartment was nice but closer examination found lots of problems.
: The air conditioning wasn't working well. If the temperature in Houston was in the 90's we would have left for different accommodations. A few pillow cases smelled bad, so we washed all of them. Some of the silverware was dirty. Towel bar in bathroom kept coming apart because it needed tightening. The shower drained too slow. Standing in 2 - 3 inches of water when showering. The toilet had a slow leak at the base. The dining room table and chairs were wobbly and needed to be tightened. And the worst was there was evidence of water damage to the side of the cabinet in the bathroom. The damage was a few inches high on the side near the toilet. It looked like it was moldy.

: The place was super comfy! The sofa, the bed were very comfortable. Everything you needed was there to have dinner indoors. This place is equipped with wifi, smart TV and xfinity cable. It was an enjoyable staycation. Would book again. The host was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area.
